Welcome to the Ulju County Parking Enforcement Alert Service

Mobile Text Alert Service Notice

Ulju County Office provides a mobile text message service that guides drivers to move their vehicles when illegal parking is being enforced. This service aims to enhance administrative credibility through advance enforcement notifications and to reduce inconveniences for residents caused by parking enforcement.

Service Details
Applicants receive text message notifications related to CCTV enforcement.
Service Eligibility
① Drivers operating vehicles within the jurisdiction of Ulju County Office, regardless of their place of residence.
② Available only to applicants of the text notification service.
③ Only one mobile phone number can be registered per vehicle for receiving the service.
Service Area
Fixed and mobile CCTV enforcement zones installed by Ulju County Office.
- The service is restricted for the handwritten sections (crosswalks, valleys, sidewalks, other areas where handwritten controls are deemed necessary) and the immediate control sections.
- Since the enforcement system using city buses also captures moving vehicles in addition to parked ones, it is excluded from the parking violation notification text service.

Service Notes

  • Service may be restricted in manual enforcement areas (crosswalks, corners, sidewalks, and other areas deemed necessary), as well as in immediate enforcement zones and for vehicles with habitual parking violations.
  • Due to system errors or circumstances of the mobile carrier, the text notification service may not function smoothly.
  • When your mobile phone number or other personal information changes, please submit a service change request (via the Internet or in writing).
  • When linked with text notification services of other local governments (after applying in Ulju County and automatically using the text notification services operated by other municipalities), personal information will be used.
  • Personal information for which consent has been given may be provided when the service is linked with other local governments.
  • Vehicles with habitual and repeated parking violations may have their service restricted, and vehicles confirmed as illegally parked will be fined regardless of whether they receive text notifications.
