Illegal Disposal Types
- Throwing waste (such as cigarette butts, wastepaper, etc.) on the ground
- Discarding waste using nonstandard bags (such as plastic bags, wrapping cloth, etc.)
- Failing to collect waste generated during rest or vacation
- Discarding waste using transport equipment (such as vehicles, handcarts, etc.)
Penalty for Illegal Disposal
An administrative fine of up to KRW 1 million may be imposed in accordance with Article 68 of the Wastes Control Act.
