Introduction
Located in Jinha-ri, Seosaeng-myeon, Ulju-gun on the southern part of Ulsan, Jinha Beach is the best beach in Ulsan. As you go on National Road No. 31 closely running along the coast and driving up north, Ganjeolgot Lighthouse is seen sticking out towards the sea, and Jinha Beach spreads expansively beyond the lighthouse. Thanks to its topography that slightly placed towards the north to evade the dark waves of the East Sea, Jinha Beach is where even the large waves relax and rest before hitting the sea again.
The 1 km-long, 300 m-wide sandy beach can accommodate about 50,000 visitors so people from all over the country crowd the beach every day.
The sand is soft and white, and the water is blue and clear. Also, it is a unique beach by the East Sea where you can hear the cool sound of the waves, which makes it a popular spot for couples to visit throughout the year. There is a pine forest behind the sandy beach that forms a thick shade.
